Tocco, Il Capostazione Bianco 2022

Enisio Tocco has always had a passion for family, wine and his Abruzzo homeland. He has now passed his positivity and winning outlook on life to his sons, Lorenzo and Danilo, who now look after the family’s organic vineyards and olive groves in the Pescara hills. Il Capostazione ("The Stationmaster"), is made from 100% organically farmed Pecorino. The wine has a bright straw yellow colour with green hues and intense aromas of fresh lemons, peaches and acacia. It has a full-bodied, yet refreshing, taste and a balanced, intense richness on the palate which culminates in the classic slightly spiced almond finish. A great wine to pair with soft cheeses or fish.
